The LED message display screen is perfect for restaurants that provide order numbers to the customers and call them back. As soon as an order is ready collect waiting customers can clearly see the order number onscreen

An audio feature is available on the display to draw attention to the message being displayed at the time. After a certain period of time, the order number on the screen will be canceled.

There are two sizes of VueText, a small unit (345x168x32mm) and a large unit (650x168x32mm), but they both operate the exact same way. The LED matrix on the smaller unit is 64x32, while the LED matrix on the larger unit is 128x32. In order to cover multiple areas, multiple displays can be used.

Also, we have software that can collect information about messaging if needed. If you have this ability in busy service areas, for example, you can easily determine wait times and also improve internal order flow - for example, you may be able to identify delays in back-of-house areas that can be improved.

What is VueText used for?

VueText is used to share information with customers or staff by looking at the screen, If you already have staff pagers you can use this in conjunction with them. VueText can be used to notify guests and customers when their food order or table is ready. Once alerted customers can return to collect their order and their order number will be removed of the screen. Using VueText can help you speed up your customer wait times because staff will no longer have to search for them. Customers return to you as soon as the vuetext displays their order. Incase your worried of people missing the screen you can set it up so that there is sound to announce the order number. Keep staff productive and customers happy with a managed solution in place that never fails.

Does Vuetext capture wait times data?

When integrated with a software called capture call you are able to see how long it takes for customers to be notified. Allowing managing staff to analyse the data and see areas of improvement.
